PT after surgery
You will not believe it: I walked up a hill and pulled my knee out of alignment with a small meniscus tear. This lead to surgery a month with out teaching and PT. Now this all sounds terrible, no teaching no taking classes. PT is time consuming and hard. Well it is worth it. I have learned so much about my body.
Doing bridge/ desk top ( may poses have more than one name) I needed to adjust my hips for proper posture
Well after surgery on my knee and PT surprise Hips go into alignment without adjusting! Now I m half way into the prescribed PT and family and travel are getting to be a pain. I miss my classes. What to do?
I started teaching a few classes, but stopping PT will bring me not only back to "normal" but beyound and learn so very much.
If you or someone you know is going or may go through surgery and PT keep going all the way to the end. Or as mine says Graduation Day. :)
Also to do the at home PT, you will thank yourself for it.
